After successfully organising the first conference of this series, IAER is happy to arrange the 2nd International Conference on Emerging Technologies in Computing 2019 (iCETiC 19) , which will be held from 19th-20th August, 2019, at University of Essex, UK. iCETiC 19 Proceedings will be published in the Springer-Verlag LNICST Series, in cooperation with EAI.
