Syponsis: On 14th March 2019, Mr. Eric arrived in the Principal, Mr. Xi's, office complaining about the discriminatory actions against him and other new non-native teachers in the South Korean Model School (SKMS). Mr. Eric had the complaints that the native teachers were given less academic burden than that of newly appointed non-natives. Mr. Xi called Miss Mao, academic coordinator responsible for assigning course work and assignment of duties to the teachers. Mr. Xi inquired about the discrepancy in the assigned tasks.
